Our commitment
Every AuraDrive unit is quality-checked before dispatch. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.
Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Items that show signs of use or have been filled with fragrance cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
How to request a return
Contact us at hello@theauradrive.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as AuraDrive is not responsible for items lost in transit during the return process.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or defective items
If your AuraDrive arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us at hello@theauradrive.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. In this case we will cover all return costs and send a replacement at no charge.
Non-returnable items
- Items returned after 30 days
- Items that have been used or opened
- Items purchased during final sale promotions
Our refund policy covers only the purchase price of the AuraDrive™ device. It does not cover any incidental or consequential damages to third-party property (vehicles, upholstery, etc.) resulting from the use or misuse of the device or liquid fragrances.
