Processing time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after purchase confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Standard Shipping — Free

Estimated delivery: 7–12 business days. All orders are fully tracked. A tracking link will be sent to your email within 24–48 hours of dispatch.

Priority Shipping — $4.99

Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days. Your order is prioritized in our fulfillment queue for faster dispatch and delivery.

Tracking

If you have not received tracking information after 3 business days of your order confirmation, contact us at hello@theauradrive.com and we will resolve it immediately.

Delays

Delivery estimates may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays or circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and are always available to assist.

Customs & duties

AuraDrive ships internationally. Any customs fees, import duties or local taxes imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your local regulations before ordering.

Customs Inspection

AuraDrive ships with complimentary liquid fragrance samples. As a result, packages may occasionally be held for customs inspection upon arrival in the destination country. This is standard procedure for shipments containing liquids and is outside our control. In the rare event that customs authorities apply additional import fees or inspection charges, these costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering. If your package is held, contact us at hello@theauradrive.com and we will assist you with any documentation needed to release it.

Lost or undelivered orders

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, contact us at hello@theauradrive.com. We will investigate and resolve every case individually.
